You need to save them as .gif files. If you try to open them onto a program, it has to be one that supports images with several frames or else it will only show up with one.

for animations just go file>save for web & devices & click save. it should automatically say .GIF

yeah if you re-open it in PS you'll get a message saying you can only view the first frame.
& if you preview your animated graphic, it will only show one frame as well.
but once you upload it to an image hosting site, it will animate ")

mmm you can select it with your Quick Selection Tool (W) & then do a ctrl+c to copy it & then do a ctrl+v to paste it wherever you want to paste it.

yeah, i know...i'm working on fixing the music player problem right now.
myspace changed something on me. >.<
i've got it working to hide the player, but i'm having issues moving it again now.
rawr. i'll comment you back soon. i should have it figured out by today i think.
are you even still using the layout? lol
